Collection of good practices
This research project with 10 partners from across Europe is focusing on the social determinants of health. This project will assemble and evaluate best practices for reducing poverty within primary health and social care. The project is coordinated by ENOTHE, The European Forum for Primary Health Care (Hogeschool Amsterdam). presentation of the project.
In the context of multidisciplinary COPORE, students can submit projects on poverty reduction. The best projects are nominated. Students of the five best projects will win a part in the conference in Amsterdam. Information about the contest Find the invitation to the conference.
Student groups from all European countries in EUSSW are invited to develop multidisciplinary projects on poverty reduction, in collaboration with disadvantaged groups from local communities. Following selection by a committee, descriptions of the fifteen best projects will be placed on the COPORE website. Five of the best projects will be selected for presentation by project members at the COPORE conference , in Amsterdam (all expenses paid)
